The automatic filter paper production line is designed for the efficient manufacture of a range of oil and air filter papers. Its high speed, convenience and rapid processing make it ideal for the production and processing of single-layer or multi-layer filter paper.
1. Sheet Feeding Unit
The OMRON sensor is designed to work in conjunction with the feeding module, offering high accuracy in sheet position. The position parameter is fully adjustable, allowing for precision control and an accuracy of up to 0.10mm.
2.Punching Unit
The punch pressure and speed can be readily adjusted to accommodate a range of materials and thicknesses, and tool changes can be completed efficiently when there are variations in the cards.
3.Punched Card Collection Unit
The specially designed card collection unit automatically stacks and collects cards in an orderly manner, eliminating the need for secondary sorting and streamlining the process.
4.PLC & HMI
The PLC control system automatically monitors the status of the machine in operation, and will immediately stop the machine and trigger an alarm in the event of any abnormal operation.
