Product Description

This device is designed for the production of high-end playing cards and board game cards. It incorporates a vision system to correct any deviations and positioning issues, as well as a servo system for punching. The card shape and rounded corners are formed simultaneously and collected in order.

1.Vacuum Suction Feeder

The sheet feeder, when coupled with vacuum suction cups and a stepper motor, can implement an automatic suction and feeding process.

2.Automatic Alignment Unit

Once the sheets have been fed to the designated position by the vision system, the KEYENCE sensor automatically aligns and ensures accurate positioning.

3.Servo Punching Unit

The high-torque servo motor is designed to ensure stable work pressure and a low noise level, while the adjustable working speed provides flexibility.

4. Punched Card Collection Unit

The specially designed card-collecting structure allows punched cards to be automatically collected in an orderly manner, while the cutting scraps are automatically removed, eliminating the need for secondary sorting.
