Audited Supplier Children Board Book Mounting and Pasting Production Line is the binding machine for children board book. It consists of up to 12 working station, every working station can be operated independently, feed with the folded paperboard signature, then gathering, mounting and pasting according to the order of page, the Partial Gluing function can make the various kinds of cartoon board books, such as punched board book, board book with lift up tabs pages, or the puzzling pages. Board Book Mounting and Pasting Production Line can finish the board book signatures gathering, mounting and pasting at one stop, high efficiency, saving time and labor use.
1. Fully automatic paperboard positioning and applying glue at first step, conveyed by streamline ,all mounted paper boards will be bound together by another equipment and have the cartoon book block bound at last .
2. It is composed of dozen same unit equipment, each unit can finish the printed paper boards applying glue , pasting and carrying out a tight press separately at same time.
3. The unit equipped with automatic glue feeding device and paperboard feeding device, use stencil to positioning shaped frame and applying glue on shaped frame's pages, but also no any glue in the frame, and make sure the card tab in the frame to pull and push freely !
4. Electronic streamline carrys out conveying all processed paper boards cartoon pages from each unit and collecting them and finally, processed with another equipment and finish a cartoon book block binding together.
5. As Innovative production equipment of post-press production machine , it will reduce the cost of the labor for making the book largely, and safe more cost of printing production, enhance the production efficiency and avoid injury and accident in ocurr during the working.
6. It can make out extraordinary cartoon book page , such as lift up tabs pages board book, puzzle board book and hollow out board book and so on .
